🎂 Turned 50 years old. Wife threw Mardaritaville party for the ages (I ❤️ tacos & tequila)!

💍 Daughter got engaged to a young man we adore.

🎓 Son (Sam) interned at Dassault Systèmes (2nd summer). Will be graduating in May from Tufts University w/a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Anyone hiring? Warm intros welcome!

🏖️ Took multiple weeks of vacay to spend time with my family.

💋 Attended 4 concerts, including the famous Cold Play “kiss-cam” show!

🏆 Agencies won over $2 million in fees, from net-new clients, this summer.

💰 Startups raised money (still not done); while crushing short-term goals.

✍🏼 Wrote a couple of blog posts here.

Joybyte (Influencer, Organic Social & TikTok Shop)

  • Donutful (Bakeful): Went from $0 to $140k in GMV via TT Shop sales in less than 2 months. Leveraging 3.9K affiliates, live shopping. Yielding 4.8K pieces of owned content, 45K showcase additions, 3.5 Million shop visits & 39 Million+ impressions.

  • Lounge Wagon: Crushed growth for the 3-in-1 adventure wagon. Tapping into 101 influencers, we generated 35 Million impressions to sell out inventory, generate $145k in sales & demonstrated a 6x ROI.

  • EpiPaws: Rebranded the pet diagnostic startup focused on unlocking the mystery of how your pet is aging.

  • Agency Support: On-boarded by 4 different independent agencies to help them scale in a thoughtful, methodical & profitable manner. When an agency has strong strategic direction, they are perfect for FTE staff aug using 1099 talent; that’s often LATAM or Philippine based.

  • Natural Light: Built, mobilized & brought the ultimate gift for beer lovers: the Tool Bar. In partnership with multiple partners we drove the experiential activation for ‘Home Improvement’ Star ‘Nails’ New Role With Major Beer Brand.

  • HeluvaGood! Dip: Locked ‘n loaded for college football season with a new take on how to do the Big XII right. Look for them on college campuses, at tailgate parties & in support of local retailers.

Plus, Sylvester has inked multiple distribution deals, including one with the largest animal shelter in the United States: Animal Care Centers of NYC.

  • EpiPaws: Secures round of funding from New World Angels. Continues to grow significantly in MoM sales & will soon roll out a new brand, packaging & expanded product offering designed to drive ritual + repeat purchases.

  • WoofTrax: Surged past 1 Million downloads & rolled out a number of strategic partnerships & brand-driven dog-walking groups.
